Job Description

Responsibilities
- - Ensure customers get the best out of Checkly
- - Become an expert on Checkly and the Monitoring space
- - Assist prospects with the technical evaluation of Checkly
- - Own the process from first demo to successful implementation
- - Share learnings with Product and Engineering
- - Assist in improving technical documentation, processes, and policies
- - Involved in Customer Support during onboarding
Required Skills
- - Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
- - Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first work environment
- - Exceptional empathy and curiosity
- - Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
- - Relevant experience in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally in dev-tools SaaS environment
- - Excellent spoken and written English skills
- - Located in the UK
