Responsibilities

• - Influence the long-term vision and strategy of frontend development at Pleo
• - Improve the development experience of our engineers by enabling fast feedback loops and reliable CI infrastructure
• - Own core infrastructure, components, and tooling in our frontend platform
• - Help build a community of people interested in frontend engineering across the company
• - Mentor, pair with, and support internal engineers

Required Skills

• - Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• - Experience managing monorepos and CI pipelines
• - Working with testing frameworks such as Vitest
• - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• - Strong problem-solving mindset and thrive on tackling complex challenges at scale
• - Enjoy coaching others and helping them grow as engineers
• - Motivated by a strong passion to learn and continuously improve
