Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered products and features
• - Work closely with other product and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into our platform
• - Build and optimize robust data pipelines to support AI-driven features
• - Develop and improve the scalability, performance, and reliability of our back-end infrastructure
• - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, architect, and build new customer-facing features
• - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning
• - Ensure seamless integration between back-end and front-end systems and other components of the platform

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience building software in a product team
• - Solid experience with front-end technologies and their interaction with back-end systems (React, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred but not required)
• - Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Kotlin
• - Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• - Experience with distributed systems and micro-services architecture
• - Interest or experience in AI: Application of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompting, and machine learning
