Responsibilities
- - Lead legal specialties, being the primary attorney for functional areas like privacy, IP, employment, or M&A
- - Be a versatile generalist, working across multiple legal areas including vendor contracts, sales agreements and data protection
- - Be a strategic advisor, researching risk factors and providing proactive, clear guidance to leadership
- - Negotiate and collaborate, drafting complex agreements and building relationships of trust with external parties and regulators
Required Skills
- - Legally qualified, admitted to practice law in your jurisdiction
- - At least six years (Senior Legal Counsel) or 4 years (Legal Counsel) of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel
- - A project management mindset, building scalable processes and templates
- - Technically curious with a strong understanding of legal principles in modern SaaS businesses
- - An elite communicator with exceptional writing skills
