Responsibilities

  • - Lead, manage and scale the Payroll Operations team
  • - Provide guidance and mentorship and hold team accountable
  • - Act as a partner, enabler and coach to people leaders
  • - Own the complete payroll function, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • - Serve as a point of contact for payroll related matters
  • - Identify and implement strategies aligned with business values
  • - Drive organisational change within payroll
  • - Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations
  • - Develop and implement best practices and key performance indicators
