Responsibilities

  • - Design and operate scalable, automated outreach systems using tools like Clay, internal data sources, and APIs
  • - Integrate data from platforms like LinkedIn Insights, Yelp API, and ZoomInfo to create enriched lead personas
  • - Enable upstream personalization using custom objects in Salesforce and Clay workflows
  • - Build personalized lead flows and assets that power regional and lifecycle campaigns
  • - Build multi-inbox routing workflows to ensure optimal deliverability
  • - Implement automated systems for lead validation, fallback generation, and equitable distribution (e.g., round-robin)
  • - Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to support inbound and outbound campaign plays, ABM, and event follow-ups
  • - Sync campaign performance, enriched data, and workflows across CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach)
  • - Develop a real-time intent framework using tools like 6sense to notify sales teams of high-potential leads
  • - Create CRM or Slack-based smart alerts and scoring logic to surface next-best-action insights

Required Skills

  • - Several years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or demand generation
  • - Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems
  • - Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Openprise, and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc.
  • - Solid knowledge of API integrations, data flow architecture, and anti-spam best practices
  • - Strong background in lead routing, deliverability, and multi-inbox infrastructure
  • - A highly autonomous mindset, with a bias for action and optimization
  • - Collaborative nature and experience partnering with campaign and regional teams to drive impact
  • - Writes and speaks fluent English. Other languages are a plus
  • - Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus
