Responsibilities
- - Design and operate scalable, automated outreach systems using tools like Clay, internal data sources, and APIs
- - Integrate data from platforms like LinkedIn Insights, Yelp API, and ZoomInfo to create enriched lead personas
- - Enable upstream personalization using custom objects in Salesforce and Clay workflows
- - Build personalized lead flows and assets that power regional and lifecycle campaigns
- - Build multi-inbox routing workflows to ensure optimal deliverability
- - Implement automated systems for lead validation, fallback generation, and equitable distribution (e.g., round-robin)
- - Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to support inbound and outbound campaign plays, ABM, and event follow-ups
- - Sync campaign performance, enriched data, and workflows across CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach)
- - Develop a real-time intent framework using tools like 6sense to notify sales teams of high-potential leads
- - Create CRM or Slack-based smart alerts and scoring logic to surface next-best-action insights
Required Skills
- - Several years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or demand generation
- - Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems
- - Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Openprise, and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc.
- - Solid knowledge of API integrations, data flow architecture, and anti-spam best practices
- - Strong background in lead routing, deliverability, and multi-inbox infrastructure
- - A highly autonomous mindset, with a bias for action and optimization
- - Collaborative nature and experience partnering with campaign and regional teams to drive impact
- - Writes and speaks fluent English. Other languages are a plus
- - Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus
