Responsibilities
- - Own HiBob and how data feeds out of it
- - Run the first line of the people inbox
- - Pick up the well-scoped but unstructured projects as priorities shift
- - Build and own the people metrics dashboard
- - Run the operational and systems side of people programs
Required Skills
- - 4+ years in People/HR operations, ideally at a startup or fast-scaling company
- - Hands-on HRIS ownership
- - Comfort with integrations and data flow
- - Strong with people data and reporting
- - Real fluency with AI tools
