Job Description
Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse with more than 20M users globally. We help over 3,000 companies manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack. Responsibilities
- - Partner across areas to establish top-level KPIs, and dashboards for the documentation function
- - Guide the instrumentation of product data in collaboration with our PMs, Product Design, and Engineering teams
- - Play a key role in the implementation of our product analytics tooling like RudderStack and BigQuery
- - Develop dbt models to transform and test our growth data in partnership with our Analytics Engineering team
Required Skills
- - Can partner across organizations, and some familiarity with typical product KPIs and frameworks like DAU/MAU, funnels, and A/B testing
- - Can write complex yet efficient SQL
- - Use any of the following tools: Tableau, Looker, Mode, Hex, or of course, Grafana!
- - Write dbt models, and work with product analytics tooling like Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, or FullStory
- - Have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
