Responsibilities

• - Develop strategy for your feature area of the product in partnership with leaders and cross functional collaborators
• - Conduct research and run your own research with the support of UX research coaches
• - Work through mock ups and iterations to create excellent solutions
• - Bring high-fidelity designs to life at a high quality
• - Build usable flows and prototypes to help the team make decisions
• - Use the design system effectively and know when to improve it
• - Express highly complex flows and interactions
• - Master storytelling skills around your work
• - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• - Provide valuable peer support and feedback to others

Required Skills

• - Mastery of end-to-end design craft
• - Ability to thrive in a high state of ambiguity
• - Experience designing complex solutions for digital environments
• - Deep experience in Payroll, Fintech, HR tech, B2B or SaaS is a plus
• - Impressive portfolio of work
• - Effective cross-functional collaboration
• - Persuasive communication skills
• - Experience working remotely is a plus
