
Senior Product Manager
Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product Tribes, the cross-functional units that own the end-to-end experience for a specific Toggl user role.
Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you own a product area end-to-end: its direction, prioritization, and outcomes. You are accountable not for process, but for clarity, judgment, and results.
Responsibilities
- - Set clear direction for your Tribe
- - Define goals, translate company priorities into team focus, and identify the biggest opportunities and risks
- - Make strong prioritization calls
- - Develop a strong point of view on your product area
- - Build real understanding of user problems through customer calls, support and sales input, user research, and data
- - Shape solutions with design and engineering
- - Lead designers within your Tribe
- - Define success upfront for every initiative with clear OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria
- - Measure impact after launch and decide whether to iterate, scale, or roll back
- - Use AI tools extensively in your daily work
Required Skills
- - Proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- - Extremely high bar for product quality
- - Strong product judgment
- - Problem-first thinker
- - Define and own outcomes rigorously
- - Thrive in ambiguity and move fast
- - Pick up a new domain fast
- - Strong understanding of product-led growth principles
- - Hands-on with AI tools
- - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
