Responsibilities

• - Shape how we position, launch, and scale the value of Hospitable
• - Partner with Product Managers from the earliest stages of development
• - Make decisions based on competitive research, customer interviews, and market opportunities
• - Contribute to decision-making around which features are included in which plans
• - Shape product positioning before anything ships
• - Develop the end-to-end storytelling for feature launches across multiple channels
• - Collaborate closely with the Growth team
• - Analyze early adoption metrics and user behavior
• - Conduct competitive research to inform product roadmap decisions

Required Skills

• - Significant experience in Product Marketing
• - Proven track record of partnering early with Product Managers
• - Experience influencing adoption and lifecycle behavior post-launch
• - Comfort working with Growth teams
• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• - Comfortable diving into data to find pockets of demand and growth
• - Special kudos if you are a short-term rental host or have been working in a short-term rental business
• - Extra special kudos if you are an existing Hospitable customer
