Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Establish and lead QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform
• - Design and execute test strategies across UI, API and integrations
• - Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems
• - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality at every stage
• - Own bug reporting, triage and release validation
• - Lay the foundation for future automated QA testing and CI/CD integration
• - Drive user experience improvements

Required Skills

• - 4+ years of experience in Software QA, focused on SaaS/web applications
• - Experience with UI and API testing at scale
• - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• - Strong grasp of bug reporting (Jira), test management (TestRail), and tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright
• - Knowledge of performance testing, database testing and monitoring (Datadog a plus)
• - Product intuition and user empathy, with critical thinking on testability
• - Ability to manage complex systems with evolving requirements
• - Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication
