Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior React Engineer to join a high-profile, enterprise-grade product used by distributed teams to support complex business processes. You’ll work on a modern, scalable frontend with a strong emphasis on code quality, performance, and user experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment where frontend engineering plays a key role in shaping architecture, usability, and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities
- - Design, build, and evolve complex React (SPA) applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture
- - Collaborate closely with Project Managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver robust solutions
- - Take ownership of frontend architecture and best practices
- - Review code and mentor developers
- - Contribute to improving the SDLC and development workflows
Required Skills
- - Senior, hands-on frontend engineer with deep React experience
- - Strong proficiency in TypeScript with solid JavaScript fundamentals
- - Proven ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving environments
- - Solid understanding of modern React concepts (hooks, context, state management)
- - Pragmatic mindset, strong collaboration skills and used to work in Agile and distributed teams
- - Comfortable and using AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
