Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and be responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to support our organization’s evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- - Manage day-to-day administration of the Salesforce environment, including user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.
- - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and process automation.
- - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- - Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, performing data audits, and updates.
- - Monitor and improve system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- - Oversee Salesforce releases, including testing new features, assessing impact on existing workflows, and implementing updates.
- - Creating and maintaining training materials and documentation as needed.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive adoption of Salesforce best practices.
- - Production Support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- - Work closely with our development team to ensure optimal approaches to solutions where configuration and code meet.
Required Skills
- - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- - Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration capabilities, including custom objects, fields, flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- - Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or CPQ.
- - Proficiency with Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector
- - Strong understanding of security settings and user management.
- - Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- - Experience managing Salesforce release cycles and assessing new features.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
