Responsibilities
- - Help build core parts of the Collectly platform
- - Work on building front-end heavy features using React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and internal UI Kit
- - Ensure accuracy, performance, and near pixel-perfect implementation
- - Own a feature across the stack from start to finish
Required Skills
- - At least 5 years experience building complex web apps
- - A passion for building and delivering exceptional products
- - The ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment
- - A hard-working ethic to help build and grow a new startup
- - Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- - Experience with backend technology stack: Python, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
- - Experience working with custom design systems
- - Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility best practices
