Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Own the technical execution of high-leverage improvements across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• - Get oriented in our onboarding curriculum in Notion and get access to key tools.
• - Dig into the data and current growth opportunities.
• - Own the end-to-end execution of multiple growth initiatives across the funnel.
• - Establish the technical patterns and measurement practices the growth team relies on.

Required Skills

• - Full-stack engineering, primarily Ruby on Rails and React.
• - Product judgment and collaboration with product and design.
• - Data-informed decision-making, comfortable in SQL and analytics tooling.
• - Funnel thinking, understanding acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization as a system.
• - Building reusable infrastructure.
