Senior Software Engineer - Reporting

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Dive into our codebase and reporting platform architecture
• - Set up your local environment and merge your first production code
• - Work through your personal onboarding plan
• - Begin understanding how our reporting functionality supports creators
• - Own and deliver at least one complex feature from concept to launch
• - Improve our codebase through thoughtful refactoring
• - Present at least one Lunch & Learn session
• - Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve our product and development processes

Required Skills

• - Expertise developing rich, performant web applications using React, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind
• - Strong ability to design and implement intuitive, accessible data visualizations
• - Experience with Ruby on Rails (preferred), or experience with other backend frameworks
• - Understanding of data flow from backend to frontend
• - Knowledge of working with Design Systems and building reusable, accessible component libraries
• - Ability to plan, estimate, and execute complex ambiguous projects independently
• - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
