Responsibilities

• - Partner with Account Executives and Account SEs to expand technical discovery
• - Architect and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts
• - Act as the trusted advisor to engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and security leaders
• - Support customers exploring AI/LLM use cases
• - Advise on protecting sensitive datasets and model endpoints
• - Position Teleport as a solution to eliminate API keys and static tokens
• - Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering
• - Collaborate with Marketing on thought leadership
• - Support channel and technology partners with technical enablement

Required Skills

• - 5–10 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, DevSecOps or a highly technical customer-facing role
• - Familiarity with AI/LLM infrastructure and associated security requirements
• - Experience with using/configuring/debugging Linux machines and Network issues
• - Strong understanding and experience with Kubernetes
• - Strong Knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform
• - Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and securing infrastructure at scale
• - Advanced understanding of identity security and modern Zero Trust security approaches
• - Proven ability to develop scripts and automation using Linux Shell, Go, and Infrastructure as Code
• - Strong understanding of system architecture, provisioning, and administration
• - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• - Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with credibility and clarity
• - Strong presentation, demo, and white-boarding skills
