Job Description
Wincent is developing a next-generation trading platform that executes orders seamlessly across 10+ exchanges and dozens of tokens. The Algo team is responsible for developing new algorithms that power trading strategies, mainly focused on market making.
Responsibilities
- - Cooperate with quantitative researchers and traders to design new trading algorithms
- - Improve existing trading strategies and their trading performance and flexibility
- - Use your skills to make our algorithms faster and decrease latencies between components
Required Skills
- - Senior Engineering Expertise: 5+ years of experience with expert systems and custom libraries development
- - Ownership & Problem Solving: We provide a lot of freedom to our engineers, so we expect you to be a ''manager of one'' who owns their agenda and delivers results
- - Strong Analytical Thinking: Mathematical intuition and strong problem-solving skills to analyze data and develop efficient solutions
