Hightouch is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to work closely with big-name companies to solve some of their toughest problems.
Job Description

We pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which lets companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Our new AI Decisioning platform goes a step further, allowing marketers to set goals and guardrails that AI agents can then use to personalize 1:1 customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- - Explain technical concepts to customers
- - Work closely with big-name companies to solve their toughest problems
- - Partner with Account Executives by removing technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale
- - Advocate for customer interests to relevant internal teams
- - Create compelling technical content
Required Skills
- - 4+ years sales experience with at least 2+ years of that being into enterprise companies
- - Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- - Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
- - Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions
- - Experience with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and API's
- - Bonus: Experience with Customer Data Platforms
