Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery, run demos, and build proofs of concept
• - Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing enterprise customers
• - Design and propose tailored integration solutions based on each customer''s tech stack, goals, and product roadmap
• - Own the technical implementation experience—from onboarding to deployment
• - Create high-quality documentation, including API references, integration guides, and tutorials
• - Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform our roadmap
• - Identify and document common use cases, integration patterns, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role
• - Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
• - Hands-on coding experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript
• - Experience creating technical documentation, integration guides, or implementation playbooks
• - Confidence in running live demos and technical deep dives
• - Ability to independently scope and propose integration solutions
• - Track record of collaborating closely with engineering teams
• - Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
• - Bonus: Experience with computer vision, ML-based image generation, or media infrastructure
