Responsibilities

• - Define and steer Kraken's creative vision across all consumer touchpoints
• - Lead and inspire Kraken’s creative leads to develop bold, high-impact creative
• - Drive world-class advertising and campaigns across TV, digital, social, partnerships, and experiential activations
• - Own the brand and creative strategy, shaping Kraken’s identity and voice across all channels
• - Champion crypto culture and develop reactive marketing and activations
• - Oversee creative agency relationships
• - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the creative org
• - Leverage AI to scale creative ideation and execution efficiently
• - Develop a framework for measuring creative performance
• - Serve as a key creative advisor to Kraken’s executive leadership team

Required Skills

• - 15+ years of experience in creative leadership
• - Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing creative teams
• - Deep expertise in brand marketing and advertising
• - Strong executive presence
• - Exceptional storytelling skills and a strategic mindset
• - Crypto-native: Understand the ethos, language, and culture of crypto
• - Track record of global campaign success
