Sr. Product Manager - Data & Interoperability

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Own our Clinical Data Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
• - Own our Interoperability Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
• - Iterate our approach to data through a deep understanding of how our product is designed to improve Health Equity
• - Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify and prioritize users needs, and to help our team evaluate our product roadmap priorities
• - Draft clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) to clearly articulate the customer problem we are trying to solve, and how we see our product solving it
• - Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible
• - Be the point person on the Product team for answering product-related questions internally
• - Help solve resolve user issues and triage feedback
• - Collaborate with other members of the Product team to help set product goals and define success

Required Skills

• - Explicit and direct experience with clinical data and interoperability will be required for this role
• - A proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies in the realm of Data and Interoperability
• - Proven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management roles
• - Demonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team (product, design, and engineering) to improve processes, collaboration, and/or team delivery
• - Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records
• - Interest in working remotely
• - Commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within teams
