Staff Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Lead large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple domains to deliver key business outcomes.
• - Partner with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations to align on goals, plans, and progress.
• - Proactively manage dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery across several programs simultaneously.
• - Influence and align executive stakeholders through structured communication and insights.
• - Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, driving scalable delivery processes and continuous improvement.
• - Shape and evolve our delivery frameworks and tools to maximise team effectiveness and transparency.
• - Engage in technical discussions to support decision-making on architecture and system trade-offs.

Required Skills

• - Extensive experience leading complex, technical programs (10+ years in TPM, software delivery, or engineering leadership roles).
• - Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand system architecture and contribute to conversations on scalability and delivery risk.
• - Proven influence across product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to drive outcomes and alignment.
• - Excellent communication skills – able to clearly articulate challenges, priorities, and decisions across all levels.
• - Agile coaching experience, including scaling methodologies and frameworks across multiple teams.
• - A bias for action, combined with strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage ambiguity.
• - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments is a big plus.
