Responsibilities
- - Architect and build scalable, cloud-native distributed systems on Google Cloud Platform
- - Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code automation to shape evolution of Attio infrastructure
- - Drive system-wide improvements in scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Required Skills
- - Extensive experience designing and building scalable backend and distributed systems
- - Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture on Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
- - Strong software engineering skills with Infrastructure as Code tools like Pulumi
- - Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js at scale is preferred (experience with Go, Rust, or Python is also fine!)
- - Ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers across teams
- - Bonus: experience with globally distributed databases such as Google Spanner or CockroachDB
