Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- - Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization.
- - Work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy.
- - Raise the bar on how we build and operate software.
- - Mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio.
- - Always look to optimize for Attio’s business, ensuring that we make the right trade-offs between delivery and perfection.
