Job Description
As a member of our Talent team—the largest function in the company—you'll help make some of the most consequential decisions we face. This is not a traditional HR role. The work is highly analytical and judgment-intensive, combining elements of investing, strategy, research, sales, and operations.
Responsibilities
- - Identify exceptional people through proactive sourcing, research, and relationship building.
- - Assess candidates rigorously through interviews, assessments, and evidence-based evaluation.
- - Partner with leads across the company on critical hiring decisions.
- - Help design and improve AI-powered recruiting systems and processes.
- - Help build one of the world's strongest teams.
