Responsibilities
- - Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports
- - Assist in reviewing and evaluating financial transactions
- - Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting processes
- - Support the financial evaluation of target companies
- - Assist in financial and tax due diligence for acquisitions
- - Help prepare documentation for board meetings
- - Assist in establishing and enhancing internal controls
- - Help coordinate and facilitate external and internal audit processes
- - Support the administration and optimization of equity plans
- - Assist in identifying fiscal incentives
