Responsibilities

• - Partner closely with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and scale programs that strengthen manager capability and support employee growth at every level.
• - Lead the execution of development programs from concept through delivery and iteration.
• - Facilitate live workshops, cohort programs, and development sessions that are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable.
• - Help design and run programs such as mentorship programs, AI capability training, and skill academies.
• - Partner with teams to turn performance insights and evolving business needs into thoughtful development initiatives.
• - Evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and help evolve development programs.

Required Skills

• - 4–7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, program management, or a related field.
• - Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences and creating comfortable learning environments.
• - Experience building or scaling programs or initiatives and managing execution from planning through delivery.
• - Strategic thinking and curiosity about learning's connection to organizational effectiveness.
• - Clear communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders.
• - Ownership mindset and builder mentality.
