• - Run the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.

• - Build high-signal evaluations.
• - Design and run structured assessments—tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods—that produce clear signal and support confident hiring decisions.

• - Assess candidates rigorously to ensure every hire meets the company’s standards.
• - Continuously upgrade the system.
• - Improve recruiting workflows to make hiring faster, more scalable, and more consistent.
