Responsibilities
- - Set technical and product direction for the Code Plane team
- - Drive the roadmap from issue to shipped
- - Keep the team unblocked and moving
- - Mentor teammates and build high-trust relationships
- - Own a meaningful slice of Agentic Batch Changes end-to-end
Required Skills
- - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- - Fluency across our stack: Go, TypeScript, SvelteKit, React, GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
- - Strong technical background with the ability to provide guidance on architecture and code quality
- - Experience building end-user product features, ideally developer tools or agent/AI products
- - Strong async-first communication skills and experience in a globally distributed remote team
