
Technical Account Manager
Overview
PostHog is hiring a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt and expand their use of PostHog's products.
Job Description
PostHog is a company that provides an operating system for software builders, offering a range of products from product analytics to AI-powered insights. They are product-led, well-funded, and focused on building an awesome product for end users.
Responsibilities
- - Owning customer feedback and making sure it gets to the wider PostHog team
- - Being hyper responsive and feeling like an extension of a customer''s existing team
- - Being an expert on all PostHog products to help customers see the value and adopt them
Required Skills
- - Technical enough to help customers without asking a sales engineer for help
- - Great at reading the signs of which inbound customers to focus on
- - Good at maintaining long term relationships past the initial sale
- - Able to go deep on understanding PostHog''s products, including more technical ones like Feature Flags and Data Warehouse
- - Commercially-minded and excited about growing and retaining revenue
- - Strong customer focus and good at handling relationships strategically
