
Technical Customer Success Manager

PostHog is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager to engage with larger customers, ensuring their retention and growth.
Job Description
PostHog is a company focused on shipping every product that companies need to run their business, from their first day to IPO and beyond. They started with open-source product analytics and have since expanded to include a built-in data warehouse, a customer data platform, and Max AI, an AI-powered analyst.
Responsibilities
- - Engage with 30-60 paying customers in the $10k-$100k ARR range
- - Build relationships with users and key people in each company
- - Own customer feedback and ensure it reaches the wider PostHog team
- - Be responsive to Slack messages, support tickets, and emails
- - Monitor product usage and revenue data to ensure customer health
- - Build automations to improve job efficiency
Required Skills
- - Able to go deep on understanding PostHog’s products
- - Strong customer focus
- - Able to work at scale with around 50 customers
- - Experience with developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
- - Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager experience is a plus
