Responsibilities

• - Build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA
• - Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership roles
• - Build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
• - Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
• - Solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
• - Drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
• - Build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

Required Skills

• - 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
• - Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
• - Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
• - Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
• - Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
• - Hardcore work ethic and high agency
