Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to grow top-of-funnel pipeline and accelerate closed-won revenue
• - Build and manage a high-performing Growth Marketing team, agencies, and vendors
• - Lead full-funnel growth initiatives with an emphasis on top-of-funnel expansion across paid, organic, ABM, and emerging channels
• - Define, track, and report on core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, incremental lift)
• - Architect and refine attribution methods (MMM, MTA, experimentation frameworks)
• - Develop and execute a continuous experimentation plan to uncover and scale new growth levers for customer acquisition
• - Drive B2B strategies including vertical messaging and persona-based tactics
• - Partner with different teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data

Required Skills

• - Proven track record driving growth strategy in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• - Deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle, web strategy, and product-led growth
• - Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and comfort owning outcomes
• - Experience leading innovation — building new playbooks, not just running existing ones
• - Ability to attract, grow, and retain top talent while fostering intensity and accountability
• - Strategic thinker who can zoom out to vision and zoom in to flawless execution
• - Experience working remotely is a plus
