Responsibilities
- - Design, ship, and own features end-to-end
- - Talk to users and understand requirements
- - Comfortable shipping code
- - Habitual power user of AI tools
- - Find tools that make you and the team faster
Required Skills
- - 1+ years designing or building production software
- - Strong opinions about AI-augmented engineering
- - Ability to know when to cut corners and when to be rigorous
