We're hiring a super-newsletter-nerd to help more of the world’s top creators and publishers discover how SparkLoop can grow their audience and revenue.

Job Description

This is a value-first sales role for the new social AI reality of 2026. You'll create opportunities by showing up, being helpful, and building relationships in the places newsletter operators already hang out: LinkedIn, X, niche Slack/Discord communities, podcasts, and IRL events.

Responsibilities

  • - Create presence: Show up consistently and authentically on LinkedIn and X as a leading voice in the newsletter space.
  • - Build relationships: Publish content (posts, threads, video, memes, whatever’s authentically your style) that makes the right newsletters lean in and DM you first.
  • - Run warm conversations: Convert that visibility into real relationships and qualified pipeline — through DMs, intro calls, podcast appearances, and meetups.
  • - Advise: You’ll learn how to run discovery and strategy calls with top publishers, helping them create and follow through on a plan for how SparkLoop can help them achieve their goals faster.

Required Skills

  • - An existing online presence in the newsletter, creator, or media space — or a serious appetite (and the creative chops) to build one fast
  • - 2+ years experience in or adjacent to newsletter businesses (operating one, ad sales, agency work, partnerships at a media co)
  • - A real sales instinct — you know how to move a conversation from 'interesting' to 'let's do it' without being pushy
  • - A recognisable written voice. You can take a complex newsletter-industry idea and turn it into a post people want to share.
  • - Comfort being publicly visible (including on camera) and advocating for SparkLoop personally online
  • - Strong timezone overlap with the US for your working day
  • - Native-level English
