Responsibilities

• - Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for contact center diagnostics and efficiency, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• - Mentor team members, conduct technical reviews, and elevate the overall engineering quality and practices.
• - Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities, including RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Embedding Models, leveraging tools like LangChain and LangGraph.
• - Architect and manage solutions on Azure, utilizing services such as Azure Functions, ensuring robust data pipelines and efficient deployment with Docker.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• - Contribute to the strategic vision for AI development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the field.

Required Skills

• - 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, applied data/AI engineering, or a related field.
• - Proven experience in a lead role, including technical ownership, mentoring, or leading initiatives/teams.
• - Extensive hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, FastMCP, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and Embedding Models.
• - Proficiency with Azure cloud services and Docker for deployment and containerization.
• - Experience with multi-agent libraries like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave is a plus.
• - Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, integration, and warehousing.
