Renewals Manager (EMEA)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
• - Build strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• - Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with our sales team.
• - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value that we provide to our customers.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.

Required Skills

• - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• - 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably in a SaaS company, but not required.
• - Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts.
• - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• - Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• - Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
• - Second European or Middle Eastern language preferred but not required.
