Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Prepare, clean, and structure proprietary datasets for training and evaluation
• - Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as LoRA / QLoRA
• - Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact
• - Build and deploy inference pipelines for production use
• - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
• - Improve model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data-centric approaches
• - Contribute to architecture decisions around scalable AI systems

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles
• - Strong background in ML, NLP, and applied statistics
• - Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• - Experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompting, or RAG-based systems)
• - Solid understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance trade-offs
• - Experience deploying models into production environments
• - Nice to Have: Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
• - Familiarity with RAG architectures or vector databases
• - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• - Background in handling large-scale or proprietary datasets
