Senior Data Scientist with Graph
Overview
We’re looking for a Senior AI/Graph Engineer to join the AI incubator, focusing on developing cutting-edge AI solutions for clients and internal initiatives.
Job Description
You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on production readiness, advanced AI patterns, and engineering discipline. This project scouts, incubates, and validates AI ideas with a 3–5-year horizon, developing technology roadmaps and prototypes that deliver advanced client solutions. You will be instrumental in translating novel AI research into practical, production-ready systems.
Responsibilities
- - Implement agentic orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and graph-aware tools, including prompt templates and reasoning workflows.
- - Build and optimize retrieval and search pipelines (lexical, vector, hybrid), incorporating embeddings, chunking, and ranking strategies.
- - Integrate LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic) into application workflows and support fine-tuning for domain adaptation.
- - Develop and maintain API endpoints, integrating with application surfaces and ensuring clean handoffs with UX/FE teams.
- - Build instrumentation for latency, cost, error modes, and behavioral failures, partnering with AI Ops for deployment and monitoring.
Required Skills
- - 3-6+ years of Python engineering experience with strong Machine Learning and Deep Learning foundations.
- - Expertise in Graph Data Science, knowledge graphs, and GNNs (GCN/GAT).
- - Proven experience building RAG, agentic workflows, or similar LLM patterns.
- - Solid understanding of APIs, Microservices, and data-centric integrations.
- - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD workflows.
