Job Description
XBOW is applying cutting-edge AI to one of the world’s most urgent problems. Our AI-powered system autonomously discovers, validates, and even exploits vulnerabilities, giving organizations proof-backed results in hours instead of weeks.
Responsibilities
- - Partner closely with an experienced product designer and product management team to build greenfield AI-powered features for offensive cybersecurity
- - Own the full spectrum from UI design in Figma to front-end implementation, supporting the design team when capacity requires
- - Bridge design and engineering teams by creating high-fidelity prototypes, components and ensuring smooth design-to-code translation
- - Develop and maintain a design system and component library that accelerates the entire product team
- - Work in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions directly impact product quality and team efficiency
Required Skills
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- - 5 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- - Strong proficiency of design tools (Figma) and ability to create/modify designs when needed
- - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue)
- - Proven ability to support design teams during high-volume periods and handle design production tasks
- - Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind) and back-end development (Node.js, Python) is advantageous
- - Experience with animation and motion frameworks
- - Knowledge of cybersecurity applications is a plus but not a must
